Satria was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Jakarta Selatan Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Satria is 26, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jakarta Selatan Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $900 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $410 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $50 • Scans and lab work: $100 • Household costs while unable to work: $340 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
