Standing with Samina: cervical cancer treatment costs
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Lahore Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Samina was diagnosed with cervical cancer in April. The oncology team at Lahore Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Samina is 58, worked as a taxi driver until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lahore Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $290
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,000
• Transport to Lahore Cancer Centre: $160
