Standing with Rose: multiple myeloma treatment costs

Rose was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Taguig Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Rose is 26, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Taguig Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
