Standing with Reem: a rare sarcoma treatment costs

Reem was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in May. The oncology team at Jeddah Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Reem is 40, worked as a construction supervisor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jeddah Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
