Standing with Musa: multiple myeloma treatment costs

Musa was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in April. The oncology team at Lagos Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Musa is 57, worked as a hairdresser until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lagos Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $230
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $780
• Transport to Lagos Regional Medical Center: $90

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Musa.
It's all in the list in the story. scans and lab work is the big one at $230, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
