Standing with Manoel: a rare sarcoma treatment costs

Manoel was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in April. The oncology team at Londrina Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Manoel is 30, worked as a nurse until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Londrina Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
