Lorenzo was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in August. The oncology team at Oaxaca de Juárez Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Lorenzo is 25, worked as a tailor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Oaxaca de Juárez Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $3,350 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,500 • Scans and lab work: $360 • Transport to Oaxaca de Juárez Regional Medical Center: $185 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $305 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Regina
