Standing with Komal: cervical cancer treatment costs

Komal was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Aurangabad Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Komal is 40, worked as a shop owner until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Aurangabad Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
