Kieran was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in August. The oncology team at Dublin Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Kieran is 37, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Dublin Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $5,250 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,750 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $720 • Household costs while unable to work: $840 • Transport to Dublin Regional Medical Center: $940 Please ask me anything in the questions section.
