Karthik was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Warangal Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Karthik is 30, worked as a shop owner until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Warangal Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $400 goes: • Scans and lab work: $185 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $70 • Transport to Warangal Regional Medical Center: $145 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to. - Padma
