Standing with Hadi: a rare sarcoma treatment costs

Hadi was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in October. The oncology team at Makassar Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Hadi is 58, worked as a construction supervisor until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Makassar Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $790
• Transport to Makassar Cancer Centre: $95
• Scans and lab work: $165
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $50
