Standing with Geetha: kidney cancer treatment costs

Geetha was diagnosed with kidney cancer in June. The oncology team at Mumbai University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Geetha is 50, worked as a farmer until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mumbai University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $720
• Transport to Mumbai University Hospital: $175
• Scans and lab work: $155
