Standing with Furkan: kidney cancer treatment costs

Furkan was diagnosed with kidney cancer in August. The oncology team at Ankara Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Furkan is 35, worked as a tailor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Ankara Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
