Standing with Danielle: early-stage lung cancer treatment costs
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Cincinnati Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Danielle was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in July. The oncology team at Cincinnati Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Danielle is 28, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Cincinnati Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $7,000 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $820
• Transport to Cincinnati Regional Medical Center: $720
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,150
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,310
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
