Angela was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in September. The oncology team at Brescia University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Angela is 41, worked as a tailor until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Brescia University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Household costs while unable to work: $1,000
• Transport to Brescia University Hospital: $620
