Standing with Andrzej: cervical cancer treatment costs
Andrzej is facing cervical cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Andrzej was diagnosed with cervical cancer in December. The oncology team at Radom Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Andrzej is 46, worked as a bank teller until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Radom Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $390
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $270
• Scans and lab work: $300
• Transport to Radom Cancer Centre: $190
