Springfield flash flood relief - Millbrook village
Neighbors in Millbrook village are rebuilding after the flash flood; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The flash flood hit Millbrook village on 10 February. My home was one of 19 damaged, and 2 families are still in temporary shelter at the local school gym.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $7,500 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $2,250
• Clean water and purification supplies: $900
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $1,400
• Food parcels for displaced families: $1,600
• Tools and labor for repairs: $1,350
Glad we found this place.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Da-eun.
Roofing sheets and timber is $2,250 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Ask me anything else.
keep going, Da-eun. Shared this with my family. I'll check back for the next update. Thinking of Springfield.
Stay strong. Hope this works out for you. Don't give up. God bless.
Take care, Da-eun. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I'll check back for the next update
it takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Envigado donated after I showed her your page. Take care.
