After endometriosis requiring surgery, Rabia was cleared for spinal decompression surgery, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Rabia was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in February. The surgeon at Üsküdar Orthopedic Institute recommended spinal decompression surgery, and She is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,950, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,550 short. my mother has been in and out of Üsküdar Orthopedic Institute since February. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,950 is more than we can find. While we wait, Rabia struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there. Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Rabia won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing. The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did. Where the $1,550 goes: • Post-operative medication: $105 • Physiotherapy sessions: $145 • Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $680 • Hospital stay (3 nights): $540 • Pre-operative tests and imaging: $80 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
