Spinal decompression surgery for Marcia: covering what insurance won't

Marcia was diagnosed with gallstones with repeated infections in August. The surgeon at Spanish Town Community Hospital recommended spinal decompression surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $500, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $350 short.
my mother has been in and out of Spanish Town Community Hospital since August. The doctors say gallstones with repeated infections will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Marcia struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Marcia won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.

Sure. The biggest one is travel and lodging for the family, $110. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
