Spinal decompression surgery for Cengiz: covering what insurance won't

Cengiz was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in May. The surgeon at Üsküdar Regional Medical Center recommended spinal decompression surgery, and He is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,300, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,150 short.
my father has been in and out of Üsküdar Regional Medical Center since May. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,300 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Cengiz struggles with daily life and can't drive. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Cengiz won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
