Angelo was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in April. The surgeon at Quezon City Orthopedic Institute recommended spinal decompression surgery, and He is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,950, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,350 short.
my father has been in and out of Quezon City Orthopedic Institute since April. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,950 is more than we can find.
