After military deployment, Somchai has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Nakhon Ratchasima Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each.
Somchai has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Somchai could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
