After the miscarriage, Sofía has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Alcalá de Henares cost $70 each.
Sofía has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sofía could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
