Skylar's kidney cancer treatment fund

Skylar was diagnosed with kidney cancer in June. The oncology team at Los Angeles Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Skylar is 32, worked as a tailor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Los Angeles Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
