Siva's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Siva was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in May. The surgeon at Madurai University Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and He is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $400, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $200 short. my father has been in and out of Madurai University Hospital since May. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $400 is more than we can find.
