Simba's kidney failure: help with the vet bill
A senior cat named Simba needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $2,400 bill the family can't cover.

Simba is my senior cat of six years. On 4 September we rushed to the Coventry Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,400.
They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Simba is more than a pet - Simba is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Coventry Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Simba's recovery.
Where the $2,400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,750
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $320
• Medication and follow-up visits: $145
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $185
