A final eviction notice arrived last week. Silvia needs $3,100 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Pittsburgh.

When my hours were cut in half in December, I fell 5 months behind on rent. Last Monday a final eviction notice was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $3,100.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by April, we must leave.
I have a toddler and a baby at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working two part-time jobs, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $3,100 goes:
• Rent arrears (5 months): $1,850
• Late fees and court costs: $360
• Utilities in arrears: $230
• First month of rent as a buffer: $660

Update from Pittsburgh: I met with the landlord and confirmed the amounts. We're at 23% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.
Quick update: $536 raised so far (17%). the plan for first month of rent as a buffer is now scheduled. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
