Shivam's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Shivam won a place at Mumbai International School but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Mumbai International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $155, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $155 goes:
• Laptop: $90
• School uniform and shoes: $35
• Textbooks and workbooks: $25
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you, Shivam. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. God bless.
