Sharmila's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Sharmila earned a place in Year 10 at Lalitpur Boys' High School; we're $100 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Lalitpur Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $100, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $100 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Laptop: $55
Every share and every dollar helps.

Hope you get there. Love from Agra!
Good luck, Sharmila. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn.
Stay strong, Sharmila. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Lalitpur.
