He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,100. The registrar has said Sebastian can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sebastian has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sebastian would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Sebastian isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Springfield Polytechnic bursar's office.
