I make my living with my school-run minibus. 12 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $150 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $50
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $55
• Labor charges: $45
With deep gratitude,
Sebastián

Praying for you, Sebastián. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Ciudad de México.
Thinking of you and your family. Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 15 people at work!
Praying for you, Sebastián. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Siliguri.
