School supplies and a laptop for Xin in Jacksonville
Help Xin begin Grade 9 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇺🇸 United States1,551 views
I earned a place in Grade 9 at Jacksonville Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,200, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Laptop: $770
• School uniform and shoes: $200
• Textbooks and workbooks: $150
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Best of luck. Study hard! My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Rooting for you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best
take care. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Don't give up.
shared this with my family. My neighbor in Caloocan donated after I showed her your page.
Hope things get better soon, Xin. I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Jacksonville
