School supplies and a laptop for Wangari in Entebbe
Wangari won a place at Entebbe International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇺🇬 Uganda966 views
Wangari earned a place in Year 10 at Entebbe International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $50, which is more than they have.
Wangari loves biology and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $50 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10
• Textbooks and workbooks: $20
• School uniform and shoes: $20
Thanks for being kind about this.

So sorry you're going through this, Opio. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
Hope things get better soon, Opio. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Entebbe.
wishing you peace, Opio. Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 4 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Soweto
