School supplies and a laptop for Shawn in Mobile
Shawn earned a place in Year 10 at Mobile Girls' High School; we're $1,100 short on required supplies.

Shawn earned a place in Year 10 at Mobile Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $1,100, which is more than they have.
Shawn loves chemistry and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Laptop: $500
• School uniform and shoes: $270
• Textbooks and workbooks: $260
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $70
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thanks for sharing this, Denise. Shared this with my family.
So sorry you're going through this. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
