School supplies and a laptop for Sathi in Mumbai
Sathi won a place at the Mumbai Selective School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Grade 9 at the Mumbai Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $20
• School uniform and shoes: $45
• Laptop: $85
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best
Wishing you the best. Hope you get there. Love from Iloilo City.
