School supplies and a laptop for Nuria in La Plata
Nuria won a place at La Plata Boys' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Year 10 at La Plata Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $300, which is more than we have.
I love coding and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $300 goes:
• Laptop: $145
• School uniform and shoes: $65
• Textbooks and workbooks: $55
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $35
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

hang in there, Nuria. This could happen to any of us. I hope November is when things finally get easier.
Take care, Nuria. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Blessings.
