School supplies and a laptop for Michelle in Columbia
Help Michelle begin Grade 9 with a laptop, uniform and books.
Anywhere in the world670 views
I earned a place in Grade 9 at Columbia International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $450, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $450 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $175
• School uniform and shoes: $190
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $85
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending strength. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Please keep us posted. Thinking of Columbia.
