Iloilo City
Kristine earned a place in Year 10 at Iloilo City Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $100, which is more than they have. Kristine loves design and technology and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $100 goes: • Textbooks and workbooks: $40 • School uniform and shoes: $35 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $25 With deep gratitude, Ismael

Updates from Ismael

  1. Good news. Because of your gifts ($72 in total) I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

  2. Quick update: $72 raised so far (72%). we've booked the dates and paid the deposit. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.

  3. Small update. $45 so far, I made the first payment toward textbooks and workbooks.
