School supplies and a laptop for José in Guarulhos
José won a place at Guarulhos Girls' High School but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

José earned a place in Year 10 at Guarulhos Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $100, which is more than they have.
José loves design and technology and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $100 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $50
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
- Daniel

Good news. Because of your gifts ($65 in total) I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely. - Daniel

“Sending love. Thought of José all day after reading this.”
