School supplies and a laptop for Ikenna in Ikeja
Ikenna won a place at Ikeja Technical College but the family cannot afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria987 views
I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Ikeja Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $50, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $50 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $25
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10
• Textbooks and workbooks: $15
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Ikenna?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about school uniform and shoes, advice is welcome too. Appreciate you taking the time.
