School supplies and a laptop for Hlengiwe in Bloemfontein
Help Hlengiwe begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇿🇦 South Africa574 views
I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Bloemfontein Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $300, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $300 goes:
• Laptop: $170
• School uniform and shoes: $45
• Textbooks and workbooks: $60
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $25
If you're reading this, thank you.
