Birmingham

I earned a place in Grade 9 at Birmingham Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,050, which is more than we have. I love robotics and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $1,050 goes: • Laptop: $650 • School uniform and shoes: $200 • Textbooks and workbooks: $160 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40 If you're reading this, thank you. - Gerardo
