School supplies and a laptop for Funmilayo in Lagos
Funmilayo earned a place in Year 10 at Lagos Girls' High School; we're $100 short on required supplies.

Funmilayo earned a place in Year 10 at Lagos Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $100, which is more than they have.
Funmilayo loves design and technology and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $100 goes:
• Laptop: $80
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15
• School uniform and shoes: $5
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Hope it all works out, Paul. I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Lagos.
You're not alone, Paul. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Lagos.
Thinking of you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 5 people at work.
