School supplies and a laptop for Dipu in Mumbai
Help Dipu begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.
Anywhere in the world813 views
I earned a place in Year 11 at Mumbai International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $50, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $50 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $15
• Textbooks and workbooks: $30
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Dipu
It's all in the list in the story. school uniform and shoes is the big one at $15, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
Take care, Dipu. Hope this works out for you.
Thinking of you, Dipu. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Love from Taguig
