School supplies and a laptop for Claire in Québec
Claire won a place at Québec Girls' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇨🇦 Canada440 views
Claire earned a place in the first year of senior school at Québec Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $650, which is more than they have.
Claire loves mathematics and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $650 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40
• Laptop: $370
• School uniform and shoes: $240
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Good news. Because of your gifts ($60 in total) I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
