School supplies and a laptop for Carla in Mthatha

I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Mthatha Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have. I love chemistry and want to become a teacher. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $150 goes: • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10 • Textbooks and workbooks: $75 • School uniform and shoes: $65 Thank you so much. - Carla
