School supplies and a laptop for Aster in Mekelle
Aster won a place at Mekelle Technical College but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Aster earned a place in Year 11 at Mekelle Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $60, which is more than they have.
Aster loves graphic design and wants to become a software developer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $60 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• School uniform and shoes: $15
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5

Good news. Because of your gifts ($15 in total) the plan for calculator, stationery and a school bag is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
