Arun lost his uncle suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $700.

Vishnu, my uncle, passed away on 20 June after a road accident. He was 69 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Vishnu to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Thane hospice.
Where the $700 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $460
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $150
• Transport of the deceased: $30
• Memorial gathering for the family: $60
