Sushila, my mother, passed away on 6 July after a road accident. She was 55 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $400 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 18 July. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Sushila to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $400 goes: • Memorial gathering for the family: $55 • Transport of the deceased: $85 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $260 With deep gratitude, Narayan

sending love. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Bhaktapur.
