Saying goodbye to Simiyu - help with funeral expenses
Simiyu passed away on 17 June; we're raising $500 for a respectful funeral in Eldoret.

Simiyu, my husband, passed away on 17 June after a sudden heart attack. He was 39 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $500 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 27 June.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Simiyu to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Memorial gathering for the family: $70
• Funeral home services and casket: $340
• Transport of the deceased: $90

Sure. The biggest one is memorial gathering for the family, $70. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Appreciate you taking the time.
